Payment

Brixton accepts the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Sales tax will be included on all orders shipped within California.

Returns & Exchanges

- Return Policy:

Brixton product that is purchased from our website can be returned within 31 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition including hang tags in order to be eligible for refund or exchange.

A Returns & Exchanges form is included with every package and can be found on the back of the packing slip. If you no longer have yours, please contact us by emailing [email protected] or calling toll-free at 866-264-4245 during regular business hours, 9 am to 5 pm PST, Mon-Fri.

Please carefully package your return, ideally in the original shipping carton, along with its packing materials and affix the pre-paid return label included with your shipment. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt and please indicate if an exchange or refund is desired by completing the Returns & Exchanges form.

- Exchanges

If merchandise is to be exchanged, ground shipping will be provided, at Brixton’s expense, for the new product to be shipped back to you. Please note: all exchanges will be shipped to the shipping address used for your original order unless otherwise specified.

If an item requested for exchange is out of stock, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment.

For exchanges with greater or lesser values, a refund or payment for the difference in cost will be processed prior to shipping the exchanged item(s).

Once your exchange has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on your order.

- International Exchanges

We apologize that we are unable to cover the cost of shipping for international exchanges due to high shipping costs. Payment to cover shipping costs must be made prior to completing the exchange. Duties and Tariffs will not have to be paid for most international exchanges.

- Refunds

You may expect a refund within 5-10 business days after we have received your return. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. At this time, we are unable to issue store credits or gift cards to be used at a later date.

Once a refund has been issued, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order.

Processing & Shipping

- Processing

Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order. To cancel an order, please immediately reply to the confirmation email or call our Customer Service department toll-free at 866-264-4245. We cannot cancel an order after tracking information has been provided.

Once an order has been submitted, its contents cannot be altered. Please be sure to input the correct address, email, payment method, and item selections. We cannot change the colors, styles or sizes of your selections once the order has been confirmed.

Please allow 1-3 business days (excludes Saturdays & Sundays) for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.

Regular Brixton order fulfillment hours are Mon to Fri, 7 am to 5pm. We ship from our distribution center in Oceanside, CA, 92056. Any orders placed on the weekend, during holidays, or after hours (M-F, 8am-5pm, PST) will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the next regular business day.

- Domestic:

Free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $75! We offer UPS Ground, 3-Day Select and 2nd Day Air for all orders shipped within the United States.

- Rates

Packages may take 7-10 business days (or more depending on customs) to reach their final destination. For all deliveries outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.

- International

Within the US, all orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $5, orders over $75 get free shipping! Outside of the US, shipping rates are based on your order’s Ship-To address and shipping method chosen. You will find the shipping rates available for your order after providing your Shipping Information during the checkout process.

Bill-To and Ship-To addresses may be different by deselecting the option to “My billing and shipping address are the same” check box after entering your shipping information.
