Payment

Brixton accepts the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Sales tax will be included on all orders shipped within California.

Returns & Exchanges

- Return Policy:

You may return unworn, unused merchandise purchased on brixton.com in its original packaging, tags included, within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Return shipping is free.

Please allow 5-20 business days for your return to process. Returns are credited to the same card or PayPal account used to make your purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

A return form is included with every package along with a packing slip and pre-paid shipping label. If you no longer have these items, please contact us by emailing [email protected] or calling toll-free at 866-264-4245 during regular business hours, 9 am to 5 pm PST, Mon-Fri.

To submit a return, please follow the directions below:

  1. Circle what you’re sending back on the packing slip
  2. Place the item(s), return form and packing slip in a secure box
  3. Stick the enclosed pre-paid shipping label on the package
  4. Get the package to the shipping carrier on your label

If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email our team for assistance.

- Exchanges

Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.

Processing & Shipping

- Processing

Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order. To cancel an order, please immediately reply to the confirmation email or call our Customer Service department toll-free at 866-264-4245. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

Once an order has been submitted, its contents cannot be altered. Please be sure to input the correct address, email, payment method, and item selections. We cannot change the colors, styles or sizes of your selections once the order has been confirmed.

Please allow 1-3 business days (excludes Saturdays & Sundays) for FedEx Ground orders to be processed before shipping. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.

Regular Brixton order fulfillment hours are Mon to Fri, 7 am to 5pm. We ship from our distribution center in Oceanside, CA, 92056. Any orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will begin processing on the next following business day.

- Domestic:

Free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $75! We offer FedEx SmartPost Ground, 2-Day Express and Standard Overnight Express for all orders shipped within the US.

*Please note: Orders placed after 12:30 pm, PST will begin processing the following business day.

- International

For all deliveries outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.

Packages may take 7-10 business days (or more depending on customs) to reach their final destination. For all deliveries outside of the US, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. - Rates

Within the US, all orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $5. US orders over $75 ship for free! Outside of the US, shipping rates are based on your order’s Ship-To address and shipping method chosen. You will find the shipping rates available for your order after providing your Shipping Information during the checkout process.
