Step 1: Find a cloth measuring tape or a length of string long enough that it can be wrapped around the circumference of your head.
Step 2: Looking in a mirror, begin measuring by wrapping the string or cloth tape around your head where a hat would comfortably sit. We suggest measuring about an inch above the brow, a finger width distance above the ear and across the most prominent point of the back of your head.
Step 3: Mark the point where the two ends of the string or tape join together. If using a string, lay flat against a measuring tape to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 4: Be sure to measure twice for accuracy and review our sizing chart to select the size that will best suit you. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Processing time for orders shipping with ground shipping is 5-7 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping options and international orders will be shipped same-day or the next business day if placed after 11:00 am PST.

To cancel an order, please immediately reply to the confirmation email or call our Customer Service department toll-free at 866-264-4245. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
Regular Brixton order fulfillment hours are Mon to Fri, 7 am to 5pm. We ship from our distribution center in Oceanside, CA. Any orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will begin processing on the next following business day (excluding holidays).

We accept unworn, unused merchandise purchased from the Brixton website in its original packaging with tags included for a refund of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, but shipping is free for returns within the US. Although Brixton covers the return shipping charges, there is a $8 restocking fee on each order returned. You have 30 days from the ship date to return your goods.

It's a beautiful hat and the description does mention that it is stiff brimmed, but was not expecting just how stiff. It does look cute on, but probably won't fair in any wind as it just sits and does not mold to head like a softer hat would.
