- Return Policy:
You may return unworn, unused merchandise purchased on brixton.com in its original packaging, tags included, within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your method of payment used. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email our team for assistance.
- How to Initiate a Return:
To request a pre-paid return label, please follow the directions below:
- Email [email protected] and include order # and email address
- Place the item(s) and original invoice in a secure box or bag
- Cover or remove any original shipping labels or barcodes from package
- Apply the pre-paid label and take the package to a UPS Access Point

We ask that you obtain a proof of postage or note your tracking number so that if your shipment goes missing on the way back to us, you'll have proof you sent it.
After your return has been received, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Returns are credited to the same card or PayPal account used to make your purchase. If you require that the refund be processed to an alternative form of payment, please note this on the return form and we will contact you for further details. DO NOT include sensitive information such as credit card numbers with your return.
Our team will send a confirmation email with receipt when your refund credit has been submitted.
Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you'd like.
Processing & Shipping
If you select ground shipping your order will be processed within 1-3 business days before it is shipped. Orders placed with expedited shipping options and international orders will be shipped same-day or the next business day if placed after 12:30 pm. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order. To cancel an order, please immediately reply to the confirmation email or call +31 20 891 5387. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
Once an order has been submitted, its contents cannot be modified. Please be sure to review the address, email, payment method, and item selections. We cannot modify the colors, styles or sizes of your selections once the order has been confirmed.
After your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the order will be cancelled within 1-4 business days and the payment authorization will be terminated. The customer will be notified of the cancellation at this time. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to return to your account depending on your bank's policies.
If one or more items in an order are found to be out of stock, Brixton will proceed with shipping the remaining items and adjust the order subtotal to reflect these changes. The customer will be notified within the shipment email sent out after the order has left our facility. At this time, we are unable to make substitutions for out of stock items.
All orders under €75 are charged a flat rate shipping fee. Orders over €75 ship for free. Expedited shipping rates are based on your order Ship-To address and the shipping method chosen. You will find the shipping rates available for your order after providing your shipping information during the checkout process.
