RECAP: Brixton’s Johnny Rad Fest Day 1

  • August 21, 2012

We had plenty of photographers shooting away this weekend, and we got some great photos. Day 1 bands included: The Kabbs, Tigerfox, Tokyo Electron, Mark Sultan aka BBQ and Nobunny. CLICK images to enlarge. Thanks to everyone who came out and all of our sponsors.

The Ken Club is a great place to see shows, go check it out if you ever have the chance. There’s also the Ken Theater right next door known for playing great foreign and independent films.

The Kabbs were the first band to play, the place was already getting packed.

Tigerfox was up next, they are an awesome new band out of Lafayette, IN.

As always, Ryan Wong and Tokyo Electron erupted with an intense performance that got everybody moving.

Not that Jason Lee.

Mark Sultan aka BBQ managed to get every single person in the crowd to dance… By himself… Everyone was blown away.

Nobunny did a great job wrapping up the night, he really lets it all out.

Brixton’s Troy Elmore on the scene. It was a warm night…
