INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please note that items ordered from Brixton.com are sold and shipped from the United States. For all deliveries outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.
ORDERING
Creating an Account
Orders may be placed by guests directly or with a Brixton account. The advantages of ordering with a Brixton account include the ability to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders within your account and more.
Selecting Items
To select items for an order, choose the color, size and quantity and add to your shopping cart by clicking the large “PURCHASE” button. If the desired color or size is unable to be selected, this indicates the item in the desired color and size is out of stock.
Processing
Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order. To cancel or edit an order, please reply to the confirmation email or call our Customer Service department at 866.264.4245 to ensure your order is shipped as desired.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on your order.
Payment
Brixton accepts the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal
Sales tax will be included on all orders shipped within California.
Out of Stock Items
If an item(s) selected on your order is out of stock, an email will be sent to the email address provided on your order prior to the order being shipped.
**Please note: Shipping Confirmation emails are automated emails that may be sent prior to contacting you about an Out of Stock item.
Out of Stock items may be removed from your order and refunded, or replaced with an item in stock. We’re sorry we are unable to place an item on backorder.
SHIPPING
Domestic
We offer UPS Ground, 3-Day Select and 2nd Day Air for all orders shipped within the United States.
International
We ship internationally via UPS Worldwide Expedited and FedEx (Canada Only). Packages may take 7-10 business days (or more depending on customs) to reach its final destination. All orders shipped to international locations are subject to the respective country's tariffs and taxes and buyer assumes all responsibility for those charges.
Rates
Shipping rates are based on your order’s Ship-To address and shipping method chosen. You may find the shipping rates available for your order after providing your Shipping Information during the checkout process.
Bill-To and Ship-To addresses may be different by selecting the option to “ship to different address” after entering your billing information.
RETURNS FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
General Refund/Return Info
You may exchange or return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 31 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for return is the result of our error. If merchandise is exchanged, ground shipping will be provided, at Brixton’s expense, for the new product to be shipped back to you.
Please carefully package your return, ideally in the original shipping carton, along with its packing materials. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt and please indicate if an exchange or refund is desired by completing the Returns and Exchanges form found on the back of the invoice included with your original shipment. If an exchange is desired, please indicate the new item(s) you'd like in exchange for the returned merchandise.
For exchanges with greater or lesser values, a refund or payment for the difference in cost will be processed prior to shipping the exchanged item(s).
We are unable to access the original payment processed for your order. When processing an exchange for items with a greater value, credit card information must be provided by the customer at the time of the exchange. We do not suggest sending credit card information via email.
We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post from USPS when shipping a return. Ship via ground method, and insure your package.

Once your exchange has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on your order.
International Exchanges
We’re sorry we are unable to cover the cost of shipping for international exchanges due to high shipping costs. Payment to cover shipping costs must be made prior to completing the exchange. Duties and Tariffs will not have to be paid for most international exchanges.
Refunds
You may expect a refund within 7-14 days after we have received your return. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. We are unable to issue store credits or gift cards to be used at a later date. Once a refund has been issued, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order.

To pick your appropriate hat size, measure around your head where you would like the base or brim of the hat to sit in inches or centimeters.

Hat Care
The best way to care for your hat is by spot cleaning it. We suggest spot cleaning your hat with a cloth, dampened with warm water. Please do not use any harsh, cleaning chemicals as this may damage the original quality of the hat. Allow to air dry by placing it in an open space. Please do not dry hats by putting in the dryer or using high heat, as this may also damage the quality of the hat.
